Los principios de la justicia son, sin duda alguna, la parte medular de la teoría de la justicia de John Rawls. Esta teoría es muy importante dentro de la filosofía moral y política moderna, debido a que ha constituido todo un replanteamiento de la teoría clásica del contractualismo, al grado que desde que Rawls publicó Teoría de la justicia, casi todos los que han escrito sobre este tópico tienen que referirse a ella. Sin embargo, los principios de la justicia contienen una gran cantidad de problemas en su construcci6n interna y en su coherencia con las otras partes de la teoría. Así, el objetivo fundamental de este artículo es mostrar estas fallas e incoherencias.

The principles of justice are surely the central part of the teory of justice of John Rawls. This theory is very important in the modern philosophy of morals and politics because have rescued the clasic theory of constructualism, so that since Rawls wrote his book A theory of justice, almost every writer of this topic have to speak abot it. Nevertheless, the principles of justice have a lot of problem in the construction and in their coherence with the other parts of the teory. Thus, the fundamental objetive of this article is to show this mistakes and incoherences

Les principes de justice sont, sans doute, la partie médulaire de la theorie de la justice de John Rawls. Telle est l'importance de cette theorie dans la philosophie morale et politique moderne du fait qu'elle a representé une nouvelle formulation de la theorie classique du contractualisme, au point que depuis que Rawls publie Theorie de la justice presque tous ceux qui out ecrit sur ce seujet, ont dû y faire reference. Cependant, les principes de justice presentent plusieurs problemes dans sa structure interne et sa cohérence avec les autres parties de la théorie. Aínsi, l'objetif fondamental de cet article est de signalar ces imperfections et ce manque de coherence.
